MOROCCAN MADE is empowering Moroccan women to provide for themselves and their families through sustainable social enterprise. The women are paid a fair wage and work in a safe, clean environment. They learn valuable marketable skills as they are trained to create these one of kind handmade items, and materials are locally sourced, including up-cycled Moroccan scarves and textiles, traditional handwoven Jebala fabric from Northern Morocco, hand-blown glass and hand-turned walnut wood beads.
